MyZone is the most accurate form of wearable technology currently available. It requires you to wear a chest strap and tracks your workout from start to finish. You can track your progress on our multiple MyZone screens throughout our club as you workout. MyZone goes beyond that and tracks your MyZone Effort Points (MEP’s). Those effort points or MEP’s translates to after burn – why is this important? Most people focus on calories and although that doesn’t hurt to do so, it doesn’t truly depict your effort in a workout. MEP’s are based solely on your heart rate. How long you stay in a zone: 50-59%, 60-69%, 70-79%, 80-89%, 90-100%.
